LEGO BrickHeadz Iron Man

Review of LEGO BrickHeadz Iron Man. This is the second of three BrickHeadz based on Marvel Captain America Civil War. The set was released in March 2017 and marked as retired on LEGO.com in September 2018.

There have been three different Iron Man BrickHeadz produced. The first was released as an exclusive set with Captain America for San Diego Comic-Con 2016. Another Iron Man in the Mark 50 armor was released based on Avengers: Infinity War.

This is set 41590 cost about $10 when released and contains 96 pieces. It has several printed pieces including two tiles on the body and a slope on the forehead. The eyes are also printed light blue translucent pieces.

There is also some detailing on the legs which is a departure from the normal simple leg build with 1X2 plate pieces. A headlight piece and 1X1 tile are used to add some texture.

I like the coloring on this version of Iron Man the darker yellow looks much closer to the gold color used in the movies. The other versions use a much brighter yellow that doesn't look quite right to me.

Overall a nice BrickHead, once again the prints are really well done and the overall look of the figure is great. You can check out my full video review below:
